Rolo Pretzel Delights

I hope you had very happy times with your friends and family over the holiday weekend.  Now it is time for our bodies and pocket books to recover.  Here is a quick and easy treat that I found in a Hershey's booklet, super simple and really yummy.

To make, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.  Place mini pretzels on prepared cookie sheet.  Top each pretzel with a Rolo.

Bake in the oven for three to five minutes or until each Rolo begins to soften but not melt.  Remove from the oven and top with a pecan half, pressing the pecan down a bit into the Rolo.

Allow to cool completely.  Enjoy!
